The room was really clean and comfortable. The location is near the train station which is a 5min walk which made it easy for me to leave for Marrakech the next morning. The staff was helpful. Ikrame especially as she allowed me to check in earlier at 12 instead of 2 when the room was available. That enabled me to explore the city faster after freshening up.

I stayed at the 'Ibis Casa Voyageurs' only for a single night. It is situated very close to the Casa Voyageurs Railway Station, which can be reached within a couple of minutes by walking. The receptionist was welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. I got a room on the upper floor, which was accessible by an elevator. The room seemed modern, clean and had sufficient space. It was equipped with a table, a chair, and a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean, and the hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap, and amenities were available.

The staffs is very helpful even some staffs with limited English spoken. Breakfast is nice but too bad we can only have 1 time as the rest of the days we had to get off early to other cities. Room is big and spacious and thank you for the upgrade. Really appreciate it as we just had bad news prior to booking to this hotel. So the upgrade really made our days left in Morocco. ❤️ The location is very near to the train station and infront of the garden and tram station as well. Lots of restaurant and convenience shops around it.
