It is a beautiful property. It was very convenient to TRAM station and the mall also in a safer part of the city. We walked in the night many times. The owners have kept it so clean. Really enjoyed the extra bathrooms since we were a family of 4. The owners welcomed us with their warm smile and offered us fruits, cookies and hot tea. Everything worked perfect. The sunroom is my favorite room to sit with family and chat.

This has to have been one of THE best places to stay in the Whole of Morocco. From the very start, the landlord was very proactive and always available to answer your questions & making sure I had everything I needed. I felt like I was in my home. I follow a strict diet and was able to cook everything at home. Then relax and choose my favourite shows on the FREE Netflix, Amazon prime and much more streaming apps. The balcony was gorgeous. The parking was excellent apart from a little tricky bit. The bedroom, bathroom’S and house were all very clean. It was very relaxing that I was able to study and enjoy my peace and quiet. ( there may be a little bit of construction work going on but it seemed to had stopped). No bugs or ants so that is a plus. Two lifts that take you up. From ground floor or underground parking lots. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to whoever.

The location is perfect everything near transportation restaurant supermarket . Also it is safe there is a camera in the entrance for safety. The property is clean and wide for family . There is a wonderful staying on the roof with traditional Moroccan style. I like it . The facility all are available in the property. The owner provided good support and help for us . My son had a fever and the owner contacted doctor and help us to find his clinic. It was very good help.
