Small apartment but great use of space. We were 3 people and had a great time. There were also some cookies and tee/coffee when we arrived. The entrance is a bit scary when you arrive for the first time but you get used to it and we always felt save. Very comfortable and quiet. Cute cats close by!

Ludviķa studio apartment is set in the Zemgales priekšpilsēta district of Rīga, 3.5 km from Riga Town Hall Square, 3.5 km from House of Blackheads and 3.7 km from Riga Dome Cathedral. Even in the late evening, the information on how to get the keys etc. I received very fast. Very nice owner of the apartment and the communication was easy. The apartment is in a good location, quiet, nice, clean and cozy.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 kids in Maija's lovely apartment. It's an amazing calm place with a very good feeling in a great location. Maija is a very sweet lady with fast response and caring about guests even we've never met in life :D In the apartment was all the basic stuff that you can imagine starting with phone chargers going through some toys via kitchen and bathroom things, good magazines (in multiple languages) and books ending with guest's login to Netflix on smart TV. Every single detail was well thought and we didn't miss anything during our stay. We felt so great :) Building is calm with good parking possibilities around (if there is no parking in front, don't be scared to drive in the back alley next to the building, you will find plenty of spaces...). Everything felt so homey and beds were also very comfy. The apartment was tip top clean with a pleasant smell. One more time BIG thanks to Maija for doing this great job! We will definitely come again when we'll be in Riga.

The apartment is nicely decorated and everything is like new. It's clean and fresh. Airco in both rooms. Perfect apartment for a long stay. Tram stop in front of the building and bolt taxis are enough in the city to get to the city center fast. Big shoppingmall 12 minutes walk. Don't let the outside of the building fool you. We had a great time in this great apartment.

In the Zemgales priekšpilsēta district of Rīga, close to Riga Town Hall Square, Warm & Cozy apartment at Akmenu iela has a garden and a washing machine. Great location (15min walk over the bridge to old town), free parking, 2 separated small bedrooms for more privacy when travelling with a friend, this place really was good. We stayed with dogs and it couldn't have been more comfortable. Nice big bathroom. Good price-quality relation. We will be returning in October. Very polite host always there for you.

Easy to get keys for the flat any time in 24h. Host is super friendly and very reliable. Definitely will stay there again!
