I used to stay in various locations of Kempinski chain but Riga is one of the best taking into consideration high level of services, well maintained property, location and facilities. Moreover it is my fifth or six time in this particular hotel and always returning with pleasure.

It features rooms with free WiFi, a minibar and flat-screen cable... Amazing. Impeccable service, the rooms were well equipped, location was immense and the breakfast spread was sublime. I liked the staff attention and willing to help. I had a bad allergy reaction before arriving to the hotel and the staff removed the carpet in my room to avoid getting the allergy worse. Their support and empathy helped me to recover quickly.
