La ubicación no está cerca del centro, son unos 35 minutos a pie, pero estaba cerca del domicilio de mi hijo. Hay tranvía, el nº 1 al centro y trolebús. El piso es muy tranquilo. Suele haber aparcamiento si alquilas coche.
