Andrea (hotel reception)is so kind and very accommodating to us as well as the hotel restaurant staff who surprised me with birthday cake greetings.The location is excellent and very accessible to the supermarket, malls, tram station and restaurants. The room that we stayed is huge, super clean, very safe and quiet with comfy bed.you will truly enjoyed your stay and very worth it.

Located in Luxembourg and with Luxembourg Train Station reachable within 3.5 km, Novotel Suites Luxembourg provides express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi... The rooms/suites were superb, extremely polite and helpul staff, fantastic facilities, cleanliness at the highest level, very good breakfast, very fast free wifi, great comfort, the location is excellent, great value for money. Overall, we had an exceptional stay!!!

Combining fitness, wellness, and business in the heart of Luxembourg. The hotel is attached to what appears to be an Olympic caliber training center. The rooms were modern and clean. There is a tram stop right outside the front of the center. The pool(s) were amazing, the kids enjoyed jumping off the high dive platform.

Its really peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, and yet really close to the main road and bus and tram stops (400 m). They also let me leave my suitcase while I was wandering around town, and picked it up later on. Check in was perfect, so the check out was. Facilities do have hair dryer and iron, plus iron board, a microwave, etc. The bed and the pillows were comfortable enough.
