The staff (the maid and especially Gianni) was very kind and helpful and made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. The room was very cozy and clean, very comfortable bed and beautifully furnished. The whole hotel feels more like a home and it's beautifully decorated everywhere.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived at the hotel at about 10.30am and they got our rooms ready for us early. The breakfast was good and the location excellent.
