Everything was clean and cosy, the house was really warm and it felt so nice coming home from the cold outside. The location was good, it was a one minute walk away from the tram. We had a great time!

Many Washing machines in bldg basement were handy to do multiple loads at once (bring your own detergent). Location was just an 8min walk from Train Stn using overhead walkway, quite safe an area to walk to apartment. Host/check-in video was essential to watch in order to access key box (on fence across the street) & bldg since address #15 does not exist. Arca property mgr was easy to reach & responsive using the Booking.com messaging system. I recommend to stay here without hesitation.
