Staying here was like a little zen oasis from the bustling city around it. The hotel is clean, calm and well appointed. The food was delicious and the room felt l like a big early 1900s Spanish apartment. Special shout out to Rashdeen at the front desk tho really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and happy with my stay. This young man helped me sort out my laundry on one of the biggest holidays of the year in Sri Lanka, and he saw it through even on his day off. I expect that he will be managing fine hotels like Zylan in the future. He really saved me a lot of trouble, and I did not expect this from him, or any staff in general. Next time I’m in Colombo I will definately come back mostly due to the excellent service from the staff.

The Host was extremely helpful. The Communication was clear, he spoke excellent english, thus making it much easier to handle the logistics. He also guided us on attractions near by. Told us about food options near by. Showed us the amenties in the apartment. The view outside was amazing. The Place is well gated in a luxurious building complex, secure, safe for women too. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Srilanka.
