Very friendly and accommodating staff, highly clean rooms with a modern design, and also very quiet at night (which is very important for a business trip!), and a good location in central Beirut. Beautiful rooftop restaurant, with incredible views of the town. Handwritten welcome note upon arrival was a very nice touch. I will definitely be going back to this hotel.

Haitham in front desk is a master in hospitality and also Hassan, these 2 were a major reason why I enjoyed the whole trip not only the hotel stay. Thank you Haitham and Hassan.
