Grand opening from September 2018, Lotte Hotel The Executive Tower features accommodation with city views. Complimentary high-speed wired and wireless internet are available. I stayed four nights at this hotel, arriving after a journey of 18 hours from the U.K. The quality of room comfort and the level of service was very high. When I return to Seoul I will definitely stay here again.

The room is nice and warm, bathroom has all the amenities we need for the 4-night stay. Central location, walking distance from the palace, market and the stream. Room is cleaned and fresh towels everyday. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. My partner left his phone on a taxi and the staff helped us contacted the taxi driver and get the phone back.
