Attractively set in the centre of Seoul, Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a garden. My stay at the Mercure was really pleasant. It’s located very close to the subway. The premise was very clean and comfortable. But most commendable were the staff at the reception who were very attentive and helpful. They also spoke English which was a great help to me.

RYSE, Autograph Collection is located in the bustling Hongdae district, 300 metres from Exit 9 of Hongik University Subway Station (Line 2, Airport Railroad and Gyeongui-Jungang Line). Modern interior, large room, fantastic view due to the floor to ceiling windows. Staff was very welcoming. Great coffee shop at the floor. Although the hotel is in the party district, the room was very quiet. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Roynet Hotel Seoul Mapo is located in Seoul, 3.1 km from Ewha Womans University and 3.7 km from Hongik University Station. Modern big hotel, which is well kept. Our room was sweet, we enjoyed the view from 11th floor, so would recommend asking for a room at a higher floor. Staff helped us when in need, so the overall experience was very positive. Even though there are plenty of hotels, it seemed that the area was quite local and less popular with tourists. We avoided the noise and tourist traffic of Hongdae, but it was one metro stop away, so easy to reach on demand.

Located in Seoul, Holiday Inn Express Seoul Hongdae has a number of amenities including a fitness centre and free WiFi. This hotel is absolutely fantastic, perfect location near the metro, in the same building as the AKPlaza. The staff was super nice: I had to stay and additional night and they did that with no problem. The hotel keeps your luggages before and after check in/out (for free!!). The room was big enough for two people and four luggages.

Modern and clean. really comfortable bed. location couldn’t be better. it’s right above a subway station that connects to the airport and everywhere else in Seoul. the one bedroom suite is amazing.
