Comfort in stay, secure and clean room, kind front desk staffs who can speak both korean and english, subway and bus stops are walkable distance, housekeeping is available everyday and even the houskeeping staff was very friendly and kind. good facilities like sensor lights in wardrobe, anti-steam mirror in bathroom, and cozy lights. there are many restaurants near the hotel. i found my stay very comfortable even though it was my first solo trip.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage before the check-in time and when we left they helped us book a taxi to our new accommodation. The room is large and spacious and you have a view of all the buildings around you. The grounds and room are very clean and the towels are changed daily. If you don't mind the distance from the city centre and the tourist attractions, then I would definitely recommend this place.

There’s a machine where you can get the key card and supplies. Hotel staff are available if needed, don’t worry. The room has AC and floor heating. It is clean and i think it is newly-renovated. Toilet/shower is modern looking but no bidet. I love that they have washing machine and dryer with free laudry detergent. You can also reheat food in the microwave. bonus: you can watch autumn leaves thru the window.
