The pool was the highlight. Staff were courteous and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was included and plentiful. Western standards like baon and eggs were side by side with udon and hot pot ramen.

Situated in Seogwipo and with Jeju Jungmun Resort reachable within 9.1 km, Luceville features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a restaurant. The staff were super kind, helped us above and beyond regardless of our limited Korean. The rooms were clean and comfortable

Mercure Ambassador Jeju is a 45-minute drive from Jeju International Airport. Jungmoon Resort Complex is a 15-minute journey by car from the hotel. The hotel is located just off the highway in a golf-resort setting, and it was comfortable, clean and quiet. It was a convenient location to access the other inland attractions in Hallim and the West Coast. The buffet breakfast was very good. There are good restaurants just 5-8 minutes drive from the hotel. A car would be very useful staying here. We were able to explore St Isodore Farm just 12 minutes drive from the hotel and from there to the West Coast.
