Penh House Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Phnom Penh. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Excellent Location. The building looked nondescript from the outside but was beautiful and ecologically sustainable on the inside. Rooms were spacious and complete with amenities. Breakfast was also excellent. We stayed at another hotel after returning from Siem Reap and regretted not booking Penh House. Their facilities are better top of the notch.

Only 500 metres or so from the Royal Palace, and really convenient to get to wherever. Excellent assistance. The restaurant's 13th floor, the Infinity swimming pool's 14th floor, and the sky bar with its expansive panoramic view are all spectacular. We were in the infinity pool and sky bar; it was really a lovely experience. Enjoyed our cocktails by the pool on the fourteenth floor with the most wonderful service. The bed is quite comfy, and the entire room is immaculate.

On our first night we went out and got stuck / lost in a thunderstorm with heavy wind and rain… we could not get a taxi or a tuk tuk and phoned the hotel for help… the hotel staff immediately sent out their personal driver in a very posh SUV vehicle to collect / rescue us… at no extra cost.
