Fairview Hotel is set in Nairobi, 7 minutes' drive from Kenyatta International Conference Centre and 2 km from Nairobi National Museum. i stayed at the Fairview 10 years ago, and now, under new management it is better than ever. The property is gorgeous, centrally located, the staff ever-friendly and helpful, and is home to (surprisingly) one of the best spaghetti Bolognese you’ll ever have!

Sarova Panafric Hotel is situated in Nairobi, 18 km from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and a 5-minute drive from the CBD. It features 2 restaurants, a bar and a swimming pool. Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Make sure you meet Charity she is a true hostess. The hotel is close to the city center. They have a beautiful swimming pool and the gym is brand new including free sauna and steam bath! The rooms offer enough space!

I absolutely love the ACK Guest House. The staff in every department there are wonderful, and they made it feel like a home away from home. Each day when I returned, often from a long day of work, they always welcomed me in such a way that I felt that I was coming home to friends. They were also thoroughly professional and provided excellent service. On several occasions, staff went above and beyond to help me with difficulties that I had, even when those difficulties were unrelated to the guest house itself. They want to ensure that their guests have a safe and happy and pleasant stay, not just at the ACK but also in Kenya. So even if you do find that you are unhappy with anything there, just talk to the staff. They are super kind and helpful. The guest house itself is comfortable and nice. IT's not the Ritz, but nor are you paying for the Ritz! Comfortable, safe, pleasant, and good value. One minor challenge was that there are not a whole lot of restaurants within easy walking distance (though there is one - a grill just a couple of minutes walk but I don't know about its food and prices because I never ate there), but I enjoyed the ACK in-house restaurant so much that I was more than happy to dine-in. That said, heaps of restaurants etc. are only a short, cheap uber (or a reaaaallllly cheap moto-taxi) away (when the traffic is clear). Getting anywhere when the traffic is bad can take a long time, but that's Nairobi. The area around the hotel is safe and quiet, but talk to reception before you decide to walk anywhere beyond the immediate surrounds, and they will help you to know where and when is safe for walking. The laundry service is also excellent. I really miss the ACK guest house, and really look forward to hopefully returning.

Within just 3 km of the Kenyatta International Conference Centre, Capital Heights Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of Nairobi. It is a very quiet place. Great ambience and location if you are looking for a hotel with a budget in mind.

Hadassah Hotel is situated in the heart of Nairobi, just 3.5 kilometres from the Kenya Parliament Buildings. The hotel offers a restaurant, bar and business centre. breakfast is so good. value for money. very convenient for go everywhere.

Located adjacent to the Railways Golf Course, Hillpark Hotel is situated in the suburb of Nairobi Upper Hill. It features a fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and garden. The hotel was clean, and the room was perfect - in fact, I was even pleasantly surprised to find it looking nicer than the photos. Had a lovely, quiet night and enjoyed the comfortable bed. Also really appreciated the high-pressure shower with its steaming hot water. Would've liked to stay longer to experience the pool and sauna, but I'll definitely be back.
