It didn't bother me, but for some it may be too noisy. But hey, this is Tokyo. The breakfast is simple with rice or onigiri, soup, salad, and tamago set out buffet-style by sweet Japanese elderly ladies. They let you eat in the lobby or give you a box to take it up to your room. Wifi was very good and consistent.

Perhaps some kind of incense. Staff are super friendly and smiley. Highly recommend!
