Ich persönlich fand das günstigere Zimmer mit Stadtblick sogar besser als das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht – aus meinem Zimmer konnte ich sogar den Fuji sehen! Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Direkt am Eingang befindet sich eine U-Bahn-Station, und der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, was die Anbindung äußerst bequem macht. Das Personal spricht fließend Englisch und stand bei Fragen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der kostenfrei nutzbare Fitnessraum und die Besprechungsräume, die das Angebot perfekt abrunden. Es gab auch bei Bedarf kostenloses Wasser!

Das Hotel New Grand liegt direkt am Park Yamashita. Es bietet einen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Yokohama. Loved everything about the Hotel New Grand. The staff were exceptional from the first moment to the last. Great room for a family with two double beds and a sofabed. Great location from which to explore Yokohama. We really enjoyed our stay.

This appears to be a new hotel and the construction is very solid and soundproof.They have three panes of glass so you can’t hear outside noise and didn’t hear any other guest . Probably the best part of the room was the extremely comfortable mattress and pillows one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on . They have a nice reception area where you can get free coffee and tea and sit and relax. Overall the hotel is very modern and stylish The location is perfect in the centre of Yokohama walk south 15 minutes you are at the main shopping area walk north 15 minutes and you are in China town and only a ten minute walk to the harbour The cost is very reasonable would stay again

I love the Minato Mirai area and the World Porters Mall, if you like those places the location is perfect. Also there is a train station nearby that goes directly to the center of Yokohama, and you can reach Tokyo from there easily as well

Incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Wonderful design and layout of the rooms and building, very quirky and interesting! Location is rad, quiet and relaxing right near the port and some awesome parks, amenities, restaurants etc. would love to come back!
