KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Kappabashi is ideaal gelegen in de wijk Taito in Tokyo, en is gelegen op 2 minuten lopen van Kinryu Park, 400 meter van Sogenji Temple en 4 minuten lopen van Akiba Shrine.... Our apartment was clean, comfortable and reasonably sized for Tokyo. The kitchen area has a double induction hotplate unit , a microwave and an oven/grill. There was a washing machine with supplied (and replaced) detergent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Asakusa is a quiet part of Tokyo. Twenty minutes walk from Ueno Station and Ueno Park and Zoo (pandas!). About the same distance to the underground. We also walked to the Skytree. I would recommend this apartment hotel and would happily stay there again.

KOKO HOTEL Residence Asakusa Tawaramachi is goed gelegen in de wijk Taito in Tokyo, en bevindt zich op 5 minuten lopen van Matsuba Park, een paar minuten lopen van Eiken-ji Temple en 5 minuten lopen... We were complimentary upgraded to a larger room that accommodates 6 people and it was a very nice surprise for the 3 of us. Staff was extremely helpful and tried hard communicating with us despite the language barrier. Location was close to a train stop and nearby attractions, but far enough that the area was extremely quiet.

MIMARU Tokyo Asakusa Station is gelegen in de wijk Taito in Tokyo, en biedt gratis WiFi en kamers met 4 sterren. Prachtig grote kamer op een ongelofelijk goede locatie. Vlak bij veel toeristische plekken in Asakusa. Ook een metro station op een paar minuten lopen. Prachtig uitzicht op de Tokyo Sky Tree vanuit onze kamer. Oh...en een leuk dakterras.

Asakusa Kokono Club Hotel beschikt over een terras, en is gelegen in het centrum van Tokyo, op een paar minuten lopen van Edo Taito Traditional Crafts Center. Friendly, smiling staff! Incredible view from our balcony, lovely touches in the room. Location fab!

De ligging vlakbij het station en ook naar het tempel gebied en de overdekte winkelstraat is het dichtbij. De metro aan de overkant. Alles in de buurt

Situated 1.5 km from Sensoji Temple, MIMARU Tokyo Ueno North provides free WiFi in all areas. The accommodation features a hot tub. The units have a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. Firm recommendation for larger families/groups. We stayed at the Mimaru Tokyo Ueno North hotel which is made up entirely of suites of various sizes. We had a suite for six (for five of us), three adults (my wife and I plus 21 year-old son) and two teenage kids, 15 & 17. The suite has four single beds, more like 3/4 doubles (based on U.K. bed sizes). Fine for one adult, plenty of room. The beds are quite firm, certainly firmer than I’m used to at home, but very comfortable. Lots of pillows and some of them are double sided with the rice grain type filling on one side. Others are soft like a feather pillow (not sure of the filling but they were just like they were filled with duck down). There’s also two bunk beds which are similar size but narrower. My oldest son, 6ft, had no issue sleeping in it. There’s a kitchen area and seating for six. It’s equipped with a hot plate, sink, fridge/freezer and kettle along with cutlery and plates for six. Sharp knives and chopping board, plus pots & pans under the sink. We didn’t cook in the room, but we bought in bread, butter, cereal and cheese for breakfast to fuel up before we started the day. There’s no toaster, but you can borrow these from reception for no charge (Mimaru hotels have a variety of what they call “rental” items but they’re all free to borrow). There’s a lounge area with TV (all Japanese channels) but we borrowed an Apple TV from reception so we could watch Netflix etc. It’s about an 8 minute walk to Ueno station and about 10-12 minutes from Ueno Centre (lots of restaurants and shops). Lawson and Family Mart within a few minutes for bits & pieces and there’s a larger supermarket in the station (although it seems more expensive than the konbinis for the stuff we’ve been buying for breakfast). The only thing I could say against it, was the lack of shelf space in the wardrobe for things like t-shirts & shorts etc that you’d normally lay flat rather than hang up.

Only a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Subway Station and Tawaramachi Subway Station, B:CONTE Asakusa offers modern accommodations with a kitchen and an in-room launderette. EVERYTHING. 👍 Perfect location, near the metro station, a 24-Hr Grocery store, 24-hr Don Quixote just a few steps away, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, and famous landmarks. The room is spotless. Cleanliness is topnotch. We had everything that we needed. A small kitchen with stove, pots and pans, cutlery, microwave, big refrigerator, washing machine ( so don't bring too much clothes. Save baggage allowance for what you can buy in Tokyo 😉). What I like best was the towels and bedsheets doesn't smell vinegary. It smelled sooo good. The bed was comfortable. They had also extra pillows for the little one. Complete toiletries (shampoo, bodywash, facial wash). Towels and Pyjamas. Everything is translated in English so you can definitely know how the things work. The staff speaks english too. Everyone's friendly and accomodating. Special shout out to Tanaka who told us about the 24-hr supermarket, as we arrived a bit later around 10pm extremely hungry. Check in and check out were a breeze.

SAKE Bar Hotel Asakusa bevindt zich in Tokyo, op een paar minuten lopen van World Bags and Luggage Museum, en biedt een bar, rookvrije kamers, en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. The free snacks were excellent, the Drinks on tap such a bonus, staff were very friendly and helpful.
