The location was great and right in the heart of shinjuku. The building the hotel is in has loads to do as well. The room was a good size with amazing views and so clean (I stayed in a garden suite room)

It's quiet in the rooms—no door slams, no street noise, nothing. The rooms are small but super cozy, very well-thought-out, with amazing light controls, a great bath, newly furnished, and overall very nice 🤌. The restaurant is outstanding in terms of food quality—no need to go anywhere else. Highly recommend this place.

Location brilliant next to Okubo station one stop from Shinjuku but easily walkable. Loved all the restaurants surrounding.

The hotel is charming and has a nice atmosphere. The owners were very welcoming and kind, gave us tips where to go and explained everything patiently. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Ichigaya subway station and has many restaurants and convenience stores around just as near. I hope to return to Tokyo again and if so, I would visit again. Hotel Pasela Living provides accommodation with private balconies in the centre of Tokyo. With a terrace, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. I stayed for 4 days and 5 nights at Hotel Pasela Living last week with my family (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 kid). The room was of adequate space and comfortable for the 5 of us. The room and bathroom were equipped with everything that is required for a convenient family stay. The karaoke was fun and the home cinema was perfect for relaxing and chilling with family after a whole day out. The breakfast was limited in variety but that wasn't really an issue. Another big advantage for this hotel is its location. The bus stop for the bus to Shinjuku and Shibuya stations were steps away from the hotel and we even walked to the Shinjuku Station which is 15 minutes away. The nearby locality had some very good eatery spots and shopping areas too.
