Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stanza abbastanza grande per gli standard giapponesi , presente anche un piccolo terrazzino. Molto utile la lavatrice e il bagno con funzione di asciugatura della biancheria. Ottima posizione per visitare Shinjuku ! Il condominio si trova in una strada tranquilla,vicino alla fermata della metro e ad un family Mart proprio sotto casa . Per il check in ci ha aiutato una ragazza molto gentile ,check out in autonomia. Come essere a casa a Tokyo !

Situato a 500 m dal Tempio di Joenji, l'Oakwood Apartments Nishi-Shinjuku offre sistemazioni con balcone e connessione WiFi gratuita. L'appartamento era comodo e super completo di tutto. Bagno con vasca, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, balcone. La posizione molto buona per muoversi a Tokio. La la ragazza alla reception ci ha prestato una presa per la corrente, per che noi non ce l'avevamo. Ci ha anche chiamato un taxi l'ultimo giorno per andare all'aeroporto, perche eravamo in ritardo. Posso dire che è stata una esperienza positiva.

We picked Keio Plaza’s Premier Grand as the Premier Grand rooms and club lounge were refurbished just a few years ago, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The club lounge was the height of elegance, with a breakfast and tea time of a much higher quality than similar hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms were similarly elegant, fairly luxurious and understated. The basic amenities were immaculate, and it provided a luxurious comfort expected of a 5* hotel club floor room. Would happily return.

This property was excellent! Very clean, comfy beds and had everything we needed. The shower and bathroom were very nice. The whole room was spacious and loved that it had a washer and dryer.

Spacious and clean. Relaxing Space for the family in the lounge room. Comfortable sleeping provisions for the 7 of us. Nice welcoming touches by the hosts - a note & some refreshing foot patches! Washing machine was useful. Separate toilet to shower room. Highly recommend this property!
