Hotel is new, clean and very nice! Personnel is very helpful and the tea offer in the lobby is amazing! Position is a bit off the interesting points, and the nearest metro station is 10 mins walking but overall feasible. Good value for money!

Opened in June 2014, Andaz Tokyo, the 12th hotel of the Andaz brand by Hyatt features a spa, a fitness centre and an indoor pool with a view. Breakfast was extraordinary with lots of glutenfree options. Rooftop bar amazing. Great design. Spatious rooms.

The location was perfect. 4 minute walk to the station which made exploring easy. Amenities offered in the reception area were outstanding. Staff was very friendly.

Very kind staff !! Kept us comfortable during our stay, the have a stand holding toiletries at the front of the hotel + facial cleanser + toner ! Super clean and comfortable rooms although they were abit small! Very close to transport (shimbashi station,Daimon station and Hamamatsucho station all roughly 10-12 min walk) a 7/11, family mart and a Lawson super close by !!

Open from September 2017, the b tokyo shimbashi toranomon offers accommodation, located a 6-minute walk from JR Shimbashi Station and Toranomon Subway Station. Free WiFi is available in guest rooms. The hotel staff and the hospitality was excellent, we loved our stay at B shimbashi . We had lost our bag in JR train and the staff was too humble that they have helped us in connecting JR and was so kind in helping us even after we did checkout .
