Futakotamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu offers elegant and modern guest rooms situated on 28-30th floors. The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from Futakotamagawa Train Station, overlooking Tama River. The hotel was not in a loud area . The hall ways were quiet at night.

The house is a perfect example of an older, nearly 100 year old property and we had everything we needed for a comfy, cozy stay. Amy is delightful, speaks English beautifully & is so welcoming & informative. There is a laundry with washer & dryer- lots of room.

Location was amazing with the grocery store right there and few restaurants scattered on the street. The train station was a 2-3 min walk so super convenient. I was able to drop my luggage off early too (upon request) instead of bringing it everywhere. The apartment itself was bigger than expected and fit our family of 5 comfortably without feeling cramped or crowded. We been to a few hotels where it was super cramped (luggage included) but here it was so spacious and we could open luggages and still feel like we can walk around. The hosts also speak english well and there was no miscommunication at all. Check in is super easy and convenient, they walk you thru the steps. Everything was super smooth and very satisfied with the price we paid for such an amazing accommodation.
