Room was spotless..I stayed top floor which was beautiful night panorama view.I really enjoyed every single night.. Also Massage chair in the room was bonus! Premium quality of Hyatt service and rooms. My daughter got sick after having apple juice in the morning. The manager went out of his way to visit a nearby drugstore and spoke with the clerk to find the proper medication for my daughter. I was so thankful for his sincerity and willingness to help.
