The subway is joined to the hotel by a basement concourse and there is a limousine bus to Haneda airport that stops at the front of the hotel. Everything is very convenient. Rooms are much larger than most Japanese hotels - although smaller than western hotel rooms. Lovely a'la carte breakfast with small buffet for Japanese and continental breakfast. Japanese style communal bath is beautiful.

The property is really good, centric if you plan to go ginza akihabara ueno team-lab and Disney all of them 15-30 min, also the room was very confortable, you have all amenities, just be aware there is no closets but a place to hang your stuff, mini-markets 24/7 closed by and inside the hotel with ATM i really loved the hotel the people and everything, also consider as you go to japan most places are self service so don’t wait for carriers or people to ship luggage to your room overall. Loved the daily Nescafé and water served daily. Also be aware to put make room button so they go and clean your room otherwise they will leave a message so they don’t disturb you. Station was 2 min walk from hotel.

We adored our time here and felt completely relaxed. You could opt to stay here for the delicious breakfast buffet alone - featuring rotating Japanese foods as well as Western food, coffee, tea, and cute little pastries (milk buns are best!). However the staff and location set this spot apart in our opinion. Check in was simple, friendly, and the staff were fluent in english. However the staff at breakfast were extra kind. They explained everything to us from the process of timing, to some fun casual chats with them about our stay. It was so sweet. They asked if we had enough food, if we were cold (I had a short sleeved shirt on), and told us to take our time. We had a room on the third floor that overlooked the delightful little bamboo grove. Highly recommend relaxing in the chairs among those shoots if you have time. Everything was very clean. Location is truly 2 minutes from the nearest train station. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. Excellent value for money in this classy spot.

We stayed for 3 nights and location was perfect for us. Shopping center almost in the same building with big food court. Train station short walk away (very comfortable walk way to the station, so easy to walk with heavy luggage). Bus stop nearby with bus that took us directly to Tsukiji Fish Market in 20 min, from where we just walked to Ginza. Taxi from Ginza to hotel 18-20$, from Haneda Airport hotel has shuttle bus, but we arrive at night so took taxi in the airport 45$ only, 30 min drive. We loved location and thinking to stay here ok our last night before traveling again. Room is little small, but we fit 3 luggages and was no problem for us. Amenities like coffee/tea/vanity kit/sponge etc you can take from the lobby, we found it very comfortable to take what we need only. In the room they have shampoo, shower gel and dental kit.
