The staff is very friendly and helpful and the services are great! Moreover, if you don't have tattoos like I do, you can use the onsen. Did not get to see it for the obvious reasons. The most important thing to note is that it's right next to Shinjuku's center

Upon entering you are greeted with a very nicely scented relaxing lobby and lounge area adjacent to the 24 hour reception counter. The property location is very convenient and walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and the Kabukicho shopping and night life area. The staff were very kind, accommodating, and English speaking. Delicious free pastries, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate served daily for breakfast was a plus. The hotel provides free bottled water, and fresh towels daily which was very much appreciated considering we spent most of our day out walking and exploring.
