It was after midnight when I found out and came to ask for help, but Takatani-san calmly assisted me contact that store (who could only speak in Japanese), and helped me facilitate for the passport to be secured for pick up by me the following day. She was also trilingual (japanese, english, chinese), which was very impressive and helpful with communications and the crisis! + Lovely daily breakfast with multiple of options, homely vibe + Fresh towels even on days without housekeeping + Great view of the Nishi-Kasai skyline on both of our stays there, love the window ledge

I love everything about this hotel. So close to NishiKasai station (Tozai line). The check in process is fast. The shops around the hotel. 7E , family Mart , Y`S mart etc..so convinient!! The hotel has everything I need in the room. The shower is nice with good water pressure . I `ll be back here.
