The views, room and amenities were exceptional. Club lounge was very comfortable, staff was very nice and polite. Overall, amazing hotel. Underneath the hotel there are restaurants and shops which is very convinient. A bit distant from centres like Ginza and Shibuya but the views from the hotel are worth it.

Rooms are spacious for Tokyo and have city views. really beautiful and spacious room with an incredible view! the staff was very attentive and helpful, and i found it very easy to get around tokyo thanks to the direct access to 4 subway lines from the hotel basement. will definitely come back on my next trip to tokyo!
