Bathroom was also clean and a decent size. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and speaks fluent English. The room comes with a fridge, kitchen, and washer - while I didn't use any of the above, very well equipped, maintained. The location itself is quiet, and the nearest train station (~8-10 min walk) has a ton of shops, conbinis. Overall would definitely recommend, and I would 100% stay here again if I ever came back to Japan/Tokyo!
