Only a 2-minute walk from the West Exit of JR Shimizu Train Station, Hotel Quest Shimuzu offers modern rooms with free wired internet access. The location was great. It was by a main road and about 2 minutes walk to Shimizu Station, passing by a mall with a number of local restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were bigger than we expected. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were provided in the bathroom, along with toothbrushes. Fresh towels and pajamas were placed outside our room door daily, even if we didn't ask for the room to be made up. Coupons for free water, tea or beer (choose one only) were also given daily along with the towels and pajamas. You exchange these coupons for your preferred drink at the front desk. There was a pants press, microwave, disposable cutlery, toothbrushes and razors in every floor, just outside the elevator. There were designated smoking rooms. Every 3-10PM was happy hour in the lobby and various drinks are available for free consumption by the guests, including local sake varieties, wine, tea, coffee or soda water.

Kur and Hotel Suruga offers accommodation in Shizuoka. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property. The onsen is excellent. There is so many to choose from. As for the food, there is a very good selection and it's reasonably priced. There is a restaurant at the top level where you may see Mount fuji on a clear day.

Just a 3-minute walk from the West Exit of JR Shimizu Station, HOTEL MYSTAYS Shimizu offers comfort in its well-equipped modern rooms with free WiFi access. Room space is enough for 3 people. Bathroom is big and clean. Staff is helpful. The location is near JR and Shimizu fish market.

Shimizu City Hotel is an accommodation in Shizuoka, located just a minute's walk away from JR Shimizu Station. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Very near the train station and bus terminal. I really like that there is a water cooler in the lobby. Room wasn't that old. Aircon's temperature can be set individually. Able to get an extra pillow.

Conveniently located a 1-minute walk from JR Shimizu Station, Seagrande Shimizu Station Hotel provides simple accommodation with comfortable guest rooms. The room is tidy and clean and the hotel staff also very kind. The hotel is very close to the station, also has a big supermarket that 24hrs open nearby. Really a good place to stay.
