My friend and I really enjoyed the stay here. The concierge was very nice. All the staff that assisted us was very nice and helpful. They made sure to accommodate us considering the time that we got there because we drove from Tokyo. The room service was also very exceptional. I ordered room service and the food was so delicious I would recommend the Yakisoba noodles. Whenever I come back to Osaka I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. I’m so happy that I was able to have a great experience here. I also enjoyed the view from our hotel room it was very beautiful. Another thing that I enjoyed was how close there was a 7-Eleven and how quiet the neighborhood is. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and I loved it very much.
