Staff was very friendly and helpful, allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Room was bright and functional.

It was an exceptionally pleasant stay. Very friendly staff, a wonderful room with a great view and a very good Japanese breakfast. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station and also has a nice onsen. I can only recommend this hotel.

The hotel is modern and clean. The room was huge! Definitely the biggest and best room I've stayed in Japan. Some restaurants in the area for dinner.

Truly unbeatable location for travelers that need frequent access to the shinkansen, JR lines and Midosuji metro line with the hotel located right on top of Shin-Osaka station - it takes only a few minutes to get from your room door to the required train gate. The room, while small, was very clean and modern. Love the "back massager" provided on the chair in the room, great after a long hard day of walking around. The shower cubicle was spacious and shower strength was very good. There were also enough power outlets throughout the room, which is great for charging lots of gadgets. I stayed at this hotel twice during a recent trip with one day in between stays and the hotel let me store my luggage free of charge. Finally, this hotel has a 12noon check-out time, which is later than most.
