We absolutely love to stay at the Zentis Osaka. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were fabulous. Modern and very comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful and very calming. The location was also perfect, as we had the metro near by. Overall we would definitely come back. Many thanks for some fantastic days in Osaka.

Ideally situated in Osaka, Hotel Noum OSAKA features air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. I loved every moment! The staff was super warm and friendly. The room was very clean, and although small, it was comfortable. The bathroom was roomy, and the shower was delightful. Also, the included shampoo and conditioner did wonders for my hair! We got breakfast included, and it was so delicious! We also did our laundry here, and there's a fridge/freezer for guests to keep their things.

Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. Amazing staff and amenities! We requested for a single bed but it was unavailable so hotel staff combined our single beds into one. Staff gave us free room upgrade and celebratory gifts for our anniversary as well. Staff treated us like king and queens. Really amazing. At night, there is a turn in segment where they gave us free chocolates, also the toilet flowers fresh and restocked everyday?! Location of hotel is perfectly situated at a park. Unfortunately the sakuras were not in bloom yet, but we sure it would have been amazing if it were.

Attractively situated in the Nishi Ward district of Osaka, MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi West is situated 600 metres from Namba Shrine, less than 1 km from Samuhara Shrine and a 10-minute walk from Wakoji... Late checkout penalty is dismissed despite that I have been previously informed of the extra 5,000 YEN penalty. THUMBS UP!!! Staffs are very friendly.

The staff were SO friendly and helpful, we got an amazing dinner recommendation from them and they went the extra mile for our honeymoon stay with a complimentary drink at their bar! The hotel has a very boutique-y feel and it felt like they had thought of everything to make the stay as fabulous as possible. I really loved our room - super spacious with a great view of the river.
