My first time at the Osaka venue, I got lost there first day and thought the location must be awful... then the next day with being more awake I realised it was a fantastic location. Nice straight line directly to the train and shopping centres, some great conbini and restaurants right next to the place. Staff were amazing as always. Room was great. Nothing to complain about, I'll be returning!

Very nice, clean and smells really good. Also, the room is pretty spacious compared to other hotels in Japan and the shower rain is amazing. The location is great, next to two subway stations and the area is quiet, which is great after all the hustle in Dotombori. Free coffee and tea are provided. 100% recommend this hotel.
