The location was great with a lot of areas accessible on foot or by taxi/metro (we love to walk!). Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and overall had great design / amenities The cafe / lounge was more than pleasant and the restaurant and breakfast was way beyond our expectations with a lot of attention and skill as much in the kitchen as with the service. We had great value for our money and Highly recommend Zentis Osaka !

Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. Loved the beautiful traditional style hotel. The staff and lovely and very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is great and loved the rooms we stayed in :)

Featuring a classic European-style decor, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Umeda Subway Station. Great location, conveniently located next to station, the staff here are god gifted people to humanity. They are kind, humble, attentive, thoughtful, caring and will go above and beyond. If we ever visit Osaka again this is the only property we would stay at. Just wow. Also had dinner at their Cantonese restaurant last night and it ended up being the best Chinese dinner I have had in my life. Just amazing overall experience from start to finish. Miss them and having serious withdrawals at the moment.
