Short walking distance from the subway entrance/exit. 24h convenience store nearby for any necessities. They have windows that can opened for ventilation too! Iron and ironing board are conveniently placed on each floor for guests to use and return (no need to go all the way to the receptionist). They also provided fabric freshener spray - which I could use for my shoes instead of buying new spray at the store.
