Staff were highly accommodating and very informative about the details and additionals to my stay. The views from the room were amazing and the room itself was fantastic.

In a prime location in Kobe, Comfort Hotel ERA Kobe Sannomiya provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage... Room was nice and spacey. Although the staff did not speak English, they did have a translator device so we were able to communicate. Best thing of all, they have a free Cafe space which allows you to have free coffee and tea. Hotel was also very close to the subway station and convenience store. The subway station is connected to a lot of restaurants and department stores.
