My decision to stay here was influenced by a previous stay at Hotel Sui in Kobe which is the flagship hotel. That hotel had bigger rooms, a great location, and extremely helpful staff. Kanda location is very different. I've stayed in APA hotels many times and was thinking it would be a much different experience. It was and was not. The hotel itself was well-maintained and the free coffee/tea offered in the common lobby was a nice alternative to very small rooms. This hotel is just a tad better than an APA hotel experience.

In the lobby were bottles of luxurious shampoo, conditioner, skin and hair care liquids, and soap, for us to borrow. We liked watching the Abema TV channel.
