We only stayed in this hotel for one night but nevertheless enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely room, check-in was smooth, enjoyed free coffee and a nice breakfast. The hotel's location is great as well, close to several stations as well as to the harbour.

The views of the Kobe Harbour were stunning. Our room was always cleaned so well. The staff at the front desk was happy, polite and informative. They suggested restaurants and stores to us when we asked and they were a hit!!! We loved ending our day on the roof top with a cold beverage and a chicken snack from the Family Mart located right next door to the hotel!
