I booked for 3 nights and then have a situation and had to have to reduce it to 2 nights. Even when the website said there’s a penalty for that the staff helped and we got cash back instead of the penalty.

The beds were soft and the pillows were enough for a room of 4. Front desk are 24-hours available. The staff was really helpful and taxi can be found easily. There was a coffee bar and ice-making machine provided for free at 24 hours. Air conditioner was in good condition and temperature could be adjusted easily. There're many store around the hotel. Yoshinoya/sukiya were just next to the hotel. Big camera and Daimaru were around 5 minutes walk. The airport was around 15 minutes away from the hotel.
