The hotel Is very clean ,quite, with comfortable rooms and the staff are hospitable, pleasant, friendly , proffessional and open to explain to you all things which you need there - from restaurants to ways to buy tickets for the water bus. Guidecca not far way from San Marco ( only 10 minutes ) and so easy to come to Murano, Burano, Ferrovitta ( Santa Lucia ). Water bus working 24 hours .Nice to explorer the lovely Island and feel Venice. Thanks to ali the staff for amazing hospitality and I really felt as if I was at home.

Fantastiskt bra placering, kan varmt rekommendera att bo lite utanför stadskärnan för att slippa stök och bara kunna slappna av och njuta på hotellet🙏🏼 Så trevlig och vänlig personal som gör det lilla extra. Frukosten var helt otrolig vi hade ex tre olika tårtor att ta ifrån. Kändes väldigt tryggt då det var dubbla grindar in till hotellet.

The location was very near Zitelle which is a vaporetto stop that makes Guidecca central to the other areas of Venice and Burano if you wanted to go there. I love Guidecca even in the off season and the garden as you come in is inviting, even at night. The room was quiet, with a perfect temperature. The mattress was ideal and sleeping was peaceful and ideal. Casa Eden is about as perfect as you can get for such a splendid and comfortable place that really feels like home and really feels like Venice.

And kitchen was fully equipped and clean. Neat, clean and big bathroom. Love the bedroom it was very big. Loved the living room. This villa is in central location. Nearby many restaurants, fish shop, bakeries and store. Hotel owner was very nice and friendly. She guided us about venice very well. She also gave us complimentary biscuits which were delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel
