Nice, clean, well organized and great value for money deal. The host is very helpful, managed to get additional cleaning service during our stay for additional 20Euro. The host prepared the sofa-bed so basically we had 3 bedrooms in total.

The staff dealt with my late check-in problem and some payment issues almost instantly. They were kind and understanding. The room had a lot of space, the beds were nice, and the bathroom was clean. The location is near many bars and cafés.

Hotel Plaza is 2 km from both Torino Porta Nuova Train Station and the Lingotto Exhibition Centre. This 3-star hotel in Turin offers classic-style rooms with free Wi-Fi. It was a very nice hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels in Turin. The staff was friendly and great to deal with. The room was incredibly clean and satisfying. Next time I visit Turin I will stay here a little longer.

Great location next to the train terminal, 24 hours desk, European style but modern and clean. The room was big, with high sealing and windows, all the commodities (Tv, fridge, AC, lamps, desk, closet, coffee machine, phone, wifi) the bathroom brand new and clean (with hair dryer), the bed big and super soft. Also, the room was silent eve when it's next to the terminal it was quiet. 5 min walking to the subway and tramp.

The staff are super friendly, welcoming and very helpful I requested to have a late check out and they just extend my stay till 2 pm with out any hesitation The room is very clean and comfy The breakfast is great And after checking out Ms. Sarah gave us a wonderful chocolate for myself and my family She was very respectful and so helpful with us Thank you for your kindness

Very nice hotel in the center of Turin, close to Porta Nuova train station, park Valentino and local market. Spacious room. Excellent hotel staff. Would like to stay again.
