It was clean, quiet, and the neighborhood appeared to be pretty safe. Rooms weren't large, but were adequate and seemed well maintained or recently renovated. Staff was very helpful.

The location is great, near to the city centre and the railway station Porta Nuova. It was a bit cold in the city but there was a radiator with the temperature controller, which is great. The breakfast is quite good with tea/coffee, different types of buns, cereals, fruit, meat and cheese. There was no teapot in the room, but the staff was very nice and gave us hot water and cups when we asked for it.
