Borgo Marino Aparthotel is situated on a high ground with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is not far from the protected sea area of Plemmirio, and is 10 km from the centre of Syracuse. The location of the Borgo Marino is exceptional, secluded yet a stone throw away from Syracuse and the beach. An experience that is pure bliss. The staff were ever so helpful and courteous. The property is kept clean and the pool area so spacious.

Kalaonda Plemmirio is a complex made up of restored 19th-century buildings set just 800 metres from the sea and with its own outdoor pool. Syracuse is just 9km away. Everything was excellent. Cleaness, comfortable, very good value, great breakfast, wonderful pool

Masseria Testaferrata is located in Siracusa and features a pool with a view and pool views. Beautiful , peaceful, well kept, excellent service

Situated in Siracusa and with Punto Al Mare 28 Beach reachable within 1.3 km, CORALLI DEL PLEMMIRIO features express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, pool with a view, free WiFi and an... Breakfast was delicious, with big variety of savory and sweet dishes. Pedro the cat was also cool ;)

Boasting garden views, Resort Villa Isola B&B provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, an open-air bath and a garden, around 1.3 km from Spiaggia Massolivieri. Perfect resort for a family or couple. Great garden with shadows and perfect breakfast. Rooms are air conditioned and big. Just perfect. Would come again. The host was friendly and helpful. Everything was done smoothly.

Situated in Siracusa and only 1.9 km from Piscina Naturale Beach, Villa Vella features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is a superb villa and a cherished family home. Every detail has been carefully considered. In fact, we found that the photographs and description undersold the property. The pool is large and lovely. The extensive gardens hide charming corners to sit and enjoy the peace. The welcome from Maria and her son, Giuseppe was fast, professional and caring. Maria was available next door should we have needed anything, but perfectly discreet. We were a party of four adults and felt lucky to have found Villa Vella at the last moment. There are several seating areas within the vast lounge, two dining areas, a giant kitchen, a fireplace, an office(!), a downstairs double room and family bathroom, plus 3 fully ensuite double bedrooms upstairs, each with a balcony and a view. Very comfortable premises. Outside there are plenty of tables, sun beds, BBQ area and so forth (plus that giant inflatable flamingo...) AND a well-equipped gym with running machine, cycling machine etc. etc. Oh, and a huge sun-room with sofas. Every manner of kitchen utensil, dishes, ovens etc., for self-catering (should you wish) and even a take-away eatery and grocery store 50 metres around the corner. Peaceful, perfect. We don't like giving 10/10 because it looks fake. However, when you consider the competition and what this property offers, 10/10 overall is the only realistic option. 8/10 for location because you are in the countryside (sort of) and a 1km walk to the sea and restaurants which might mean you take the car, rather than walk. If you like peace, then this is ideal. 20 minutes into Ortygia depending on the traffic, but easy. Recommended without hesitation. If you bring kids, you will worry (because of the pool and fish pond and rocks and rope-ladders) and they will go mad with happiness (for all the same reasons, plus some tiny caves to hide in!)

Located just 1.1 km from Spiaggia Punta del Pero, Peri peri room provides accommodation in Siracusa with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as private check-in and check-out. The room is located a bit outside Siracusa but it is easy to reach by car. Various beaches are just 5-10 minutes away and the swimming pool provided can be a nice way to relax during hot days. The hosts are exceptionally kind and helpful.
