The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s near the sites yet it is not very crowded and noisy at night. Moreover, the staffs are all very friendly and they really offered a lot of help to me during the stay. It’s really kind of them to contact me through WhatsApp before my arrival and help me organised a pick up from the airport.

The Twentyone is a modern boutique hotel on Via Cola di Rienzo, one of Rome's best shopping streets. Castel Sant'Angelo and the historic centre are just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. How centrally located it is. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great water pressure in the shower, location was good. Close to shops and tourist attractions. Easy to get around from station. Staff were very friendly and helpful as I was running very late due to train delays. They stored my bag after checkout which was convenient as my train was later that day.
