It’s near to the metro station. It was clean and very colourful. The bed is comfortable. The terrace is amazing.

The apartment is bright and clean, every detail is made with love and it’s noticeable that everything was done for the comfortable stay. Host is answering quickly, and helping if you need. We also liked the location, it’s near the subway, if you go to city Center, but not too central, so it’s not crowded. And the neighbourhood by itself is something worthy to look at. The neighbouring building is a guesthouse with a roof, where in the evening there are a lot of people. In our apartment it was silent in the sleeping zone, but in the toilet we had a vibe of being on the party, without the party:)) For us it was ok (even for our toddler), but maybe someone more sound sensitive will be bothered by it. The kitchen utensils are new and all the plates and glasses are beautiful and new.

Host Kristina is kind and helpful! We enjoyed our stay! Even our baby had a baby bed! Kitchen facilities was available anytime.we managed to find a parking place near hotel! We recommend!

Lovely place a bit outside of all the noise in the main city, Francesco was very accommodating despite the late check in too with great instructions. Highly recommend!

Area of Pigneto is beautiful you have so many option to explore starting from this point. Host Juliano is very frendly, listening needs of guests and always available if you have questions. Villa, garden, bathroom,kitchen... everything is done with a lot of details and it really leaves you breathless while staying in the villa. I've seen people leave a lot of low rating for the location, which dosen't make sense because they're familiar with where villa is located. Addition to location it takes approx. 1h walking from Villa to Colosseum, and you can see lot of things on that way. This location is very good connectes with bus & metro lines. Safety, I took the opportunity to visit one of the local clubs late at night, no incidents safe & quiet area really, don't let graffiti shape your image of place. Pigneto is beuatiful area with lot of Villas. Juliano hvala !

Nastanitev Pigneto Suite appartamento 50 m da metro C se nahaja v Rimu in nudi skupni prostor za druženje, teraso, brezplačen WiFi ter razgled na mesto. Ta apartma ponuja balkon. Everything was perfect, very friendly host, Sandro, staying in contact and taking care of guests, making sure they have everything they need. Appartment is on the top floor with a very long terrace along the whole appartment, with exit to the terrace from every room. Although apartment is not in a strict center, commuting to the city center is pretty good - subway station nearby and direct bus.

Nice room in a very nice garden. Area is quiet, but close to the Metro station the nightlife is very vivid which we really liked. Very close to Metro Station. The hosting was very nice. Clean, modern, space for a family (5 persons) and all what is needed. Public traffic is very close in a few minutes reachable. Especially I want to highlight the renter family. Very kindly and helpful people! We really enjoyed our short staying there. THANKS...
