Warmthotel is a 5-minute drive from Rome's EUR business district. It offers free covered parking, and spacious suites and rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. It is definitely worth the price. The staff was super friendly and supportive and the breakfast was served with a variety of foods and drinks. The best part was the shuttle bus, you can easily reserve it for free to transfer you to the metro station and bring you back from that point to the hotel. It saves you at least an hour a day. So technically the hotel location is not so far from downtown.

Our host Marco is such a nice guy who helped us in smooth checkin and briefed us about the local travel attractions. Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean. Marco prepared the breakfast little early on a couple of days on our request. He came early to the property around 6AM on the day of our checkout as we had an early morning train to catch. Overall it was a good experience.

I traveled there for work. Fabio and Mariangela were very kind and super helpful. They even offered me transportation from the property to my work on the first day since I was new to the city. I loved the idea of having breakfast in the garden. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well organized and tidy. The bedroom had an air-conditioner and the interior decoration was amazing. I am glad that I stayed there and would love to visit again.
