Hospitality and friendliness of the whole family in the business. Nothing a problem. Could not overstate the welcome and genuine care. Outstanding service, from organising parking to free coffee. Great variety for breakfast. Scrambled eggs available, too! Loved the air conditioning in the room as temperature outside soared. Room adequate with lovely small balcony to sit and read on an evening. Roof sun terrace with tables, chairs and a recliner, but too hot to take advantage!! Excellent value for money. Unreserved recommendation.

Located next to Briolini Park, Hotel Prestige offers a small swimming pool, a hot tub and courtyard with table tennis. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with varieties. It was also very easy access to the public transport and only 4 stops away to the city center. It was about 10 mins away from Fierra

We were greeted with smiles and friendliness. They were extremely flexible with everything - rooms, check-in, check-out times, changing dates. Rare to get such a relaxed and hospitable stay! The room was great with a large terrace and a sea view. We regretted not finding this place sooner. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

The location is perfect- very close to the beach, surrounded by many places where to eat and have a drink. The city center is also close-a nice walk away! The staff was very gentle, always smiling and helping with the small details! The landlord is an amazing woman and least but not last - the breakfast was very delicious :)

The Spring is set in Rimini’s Marina area, 66 feet from the closest beach and 1.9 mi from Rimini’s historic center. Free on-site private parking is available upon request. Owners is just an amazing , very nice family . We felt as a welcoming guests at all moments of our stay and it's cover all possible negative moments as a smoking neighbors in our case , for example. In general breakfast is OK. Good location in a quiet neighborhood just next to the sea. We had a suite room and the size of the room was a little bit smaller than I expected and than it was described , but anyway comfortable.
