The breakfast was wonderful, plentiful and fresh! The roof top area is gorgeous and comfortable providing various opportunities for seating. The staff was professional and took care of our every need quickly and graciously. The bedding was beautiful.

The place was just renovated , clean and very comfortable, the owner Mario was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. The location is very close to center. Highly recommended.

The host was extremely helpful and attentive - sending us Capodanno (New Years) recommendations, answering all of our questions promptly and letting us store our luggage at the property while we awaited our flight post-check out. The walk to the apartment from Montesanto train or Toledo Metro is not easy, but there is a funicular that is a stone's throw from the apartment. As such, The Idyll is ideal for those who would like a degree of separation from the hustle and bustle of the Spanish Quarter. We'd recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Naples and we would look to stay here again if we are to re-visit Campania.

My sister and I felt safe walking around at all times. The room was what we needed and the aircon worked well. It was very clean. The fridge was broken when we were there so couldn't use it. Caterina is wonderful to communicate with and she is very responsive. She gave us great recommendations which came in quite handy when you're spoiled for food and cannot make a decision. I would definitely come back here again.

Personnels efficace, aidant et nous a accomodé sur l'heure du départ suite à un retard. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Un quartier a decouvrir un peu plus loin du centre-ville.
