We liked absolutely everything: the staff was always friendly and welcoming, they helped us with everything we needed. The room was very cozy and there was enough space for three of us. We especially liked smart TV in our room and great variety at breakfast. Everything was perfect, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Dating back to the late 1800s, UNA HOTELS Napoli is a grand hotel in central Naples, 5 minutes' walk from Naples Central Station. I was warmly greeting in my home language, English, at the desk and told that I had an upgraded room. A pleasant surprise. The rooftop eating area was a very pleasant place to be in the early evening. The food was delicious and the service with provided with a smile and simple words.
